Mary brings over 25 years of “big law firm” experience to her clients. She partners with companies at all stages—from formation through exit—providing comprehensive legal counsel on fundraising, equity compensation, secondary transactions, commercial and licensing agreements, acquisitions, and strategic matters. Mary also specializes in negotiating executive employment and separation agreements, leveraging her deep expertise to deliver practical solutions for complex legal challenges.

She delivers pragmatic solutions that balance legal considerations with commercial objectives, becoming a trusted strategic advisor rather than just outside counsel.
